We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to join our sales team in Saudi Arabia. The primary responsibility of the SDR is to generate leads, qualify prospects, and schedule meetings for our sales team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to prospecting, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential leads through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, social media, and networking events.
- Engage with prospects to understand their needs and qualify them as potential customers.
- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team with qualified leads.
- Maintain accurate records of all prospecting activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop targeted outreach campaigns and messaging.
- Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and move them through the sales pipeline.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly quotas for lead generation and appointment setting.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred but not required.Arabic and English strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to effectively communicate with prospects and build rapport over the phone and via email.Excellent time management and organizational skills.Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a collaborative environment.Seniority level
