Sales Representative

Overview BestUniforms is a Saudi-based company that specializes in manufacturing uniforms & accessories for corporates. BestUniforms gained its reputation as leaders in manufacturing corporate uniforms based on the company's identity. Catering to hospitality, health & SPA, airlines, schools, corporates, and government entities. BestUniforms also provides uniform design in line with corporate identity, manufactures textile and leather, provides detailed garment care and laundering recommendations, fabric solutions, as well as on-ground alterations services in GCC.

Responsibilities

Proactively prospect and generate leads among corporate and retail clients (hotels, restaurants, offices, catering companies).

Present and demonstrate our product range to prospective customers.

Negotiate pricing, contracts, and order terms to close sales in line with company targets.

Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts to maximize repeat business.

Prepare and deliver accurate sales quotations, proposals, and monthly sales reports.

Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform promotional strategies.

Collaborate with Marketing and Operations teams to coordinate sampling events, product launches, and promotions.

Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

Manage activities related to the role in alignment with company goals.

Qualifications

Diploma degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.

Minimum 2 years’ proven sales experience in the F&B industry (B2B preferred).

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Strong customer-service orientation with a track record of building trust.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.

Valid Saudi driving licence and willingness to travel within the Eastern Province.

Proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
