We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Strategist to lead the development and execution of our digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a visionary thinker with a deep understanding of the digital landscape, responsible for creating and implementing comprehensive strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our target audience, and drive measurable business growth. This role requires a blend of analytical and creative skills to navigate the ever-evolving digital ecosystem and deliver impactful results. Responsibilities
Develop a comprehensive understanding of client goals, KPIs, market dynamics, and competitive positioning to inform strategy. Lead client meetings, confidently presenting strategies and performance data for channels such as paid search (Google Ads), paid social (Facebook, TikTok), and analytics. Establish and manage a clear reporting cadence, including regular updates and conclusive end-of-campaign analyses. Guide the internal Digital Analyst team, managing project workflows to ensure timely, high-quality campaign execution. Serve as a primary strategic consultant, applying an expert mindset to all client projects. Conduct hands-on review and optimisation of paid media campaigns to ensure peak performance. Utilise an in-depth knowledge of digital media buying, campaign management practices, and all relevant marketing technologies. Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 5 years of proven experience in a digital marketing or digital strategist role. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools, social media management software, and email marketing platforms Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and email marketing principles and best practices. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to various audiences. Demonstrated ability to think strategically and develop long-term plans that drive business results. Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
