Responsible for the overall Digital Products design of Retail Digital solutions and aligning customer / business requirements to systems / technical requirements using best practices, design patterns and existing assets using a cutting-edge solution

Leads Digital initiatives and team members by balancing market desirability, technical feasibility, and business objectives.

Key Activities, Responsibilities and Accountabilities

• Responsible for the ideation, development, best practice syndication, and delivery of a specific customer facing digital experiences (e.g. Web, mobile applications, Digital claims, self service, loyalty etc)
• Monitor mobile and web logins, track product usage rates, and analyze product usability to drive data-informed improvements
• Manage all the aspects of digital product lifecycle, including strategy, conceptualisation, user research, feature requirements, user interface, prototyping, rollout and enhancements
• Work closely with internal teams and lead strategic partners / vendors to execute the product features in an agile model, targeting to deliver the best solution on time on budget
• Translate technical metrics (latency, error rates, etc.) into actionable product features and dashboards
• Lead the design of User Interface and User experiences
• Leveraging market trends, consumer insights, and data analytics to recommend and implement best in class digital customer experiences and drive engagement KPIs across multiple channels including public website services, mobile app, email, SMS, social media
