UXBERT Labs is seeking a
Director Of Business Development
to lead the business development vertical of digital design & custom software solution projects, identify new opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth. The role requires a proactive leader with strategic thinking, relationship management, and strong communication skills to enhance market presence and profitability. Responsibilities
Manage the complete sales process from prospect identification through scoping, negotiating contracts, and closing. Prepare sales pitches & proposals for Director-level audiences. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including new markets, products, services, or partnerships. Design and implement sales strategies to meet revenue objectives. Prospect new opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other lead-generation techniques. Use insight and consultative selling to educate customers about their industry and offer unique perspectives. Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and industry shifts to identify growth opportunities. Research prospective organizations to identify the right customer stakeholders. Strategize independently and collaboratively to solve deal-level challenges. Collaborate with internal implementation and development teams to develop implementation approaches, quotes, and ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction. Oversee the business development budget and provide accurate revenue and profit forecasting. Represent the company at industry events to enhance visibility and relationships. Report account activity and opportunity status. Other sales and marketing related activities. Qualifications
8-10+ years in business development, sales, or related role, with at least 3 years in a leadership position. Passion for innovative technologies and understanding of design processes. Excellent verbal and written communication in Arabic and English. Ability to solve problems systematically and identify customer pain points and implicit needs. Independent, self-directed, and able to take initiative with minimal direction. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in CRM and business development tools. Proven ability to lead and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously. Ability to travel. KPIs
Revenue growth from new and existing clients. Number of new business opportunities identified and pursued. Proposal and pitch success rate. Expansion of client base and partnerships.
