Must-Have
- 15+ years of experience working in business development & partnerships management field
- 10+ years of experience in a managerial role
- Experienced with strategic planning, budgeting, and operations management
- Proficiency in developing reporting frameworks, analysis, and monitoring the progress
- Strong skills in people management, partnership management, and implementing comprehensive procedures
