Our Group is seeking an experienced Sales Manager in the Coffee Industry to join our dynamic team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia . The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building and managing relationships with key clients, and driving revenue growth for the organization.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to maximize revenue generation.
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities and develop target accounts.
- Manage and maintain existing client relationships through effective communication and account management.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitive landscapes.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring the attainment of sales targets.
- Monitor sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other teams to develop and implement sales initiatives.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
5+ years of proven experience in sales management.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills .Excellent communication and presentation abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite .Knowledge of CRM systems is an advantage.Benefits :
