Sales Manager

We are seeking a Sales Manager to join our vibrant team at the Radisson Hotel & Residence Riyadh Olaya. You will lead the sales team with strategic vision, drive revenue growth, and elevate customer interactions.

Responsibilities

Manages all aspects of the hotel’s sales team initiatives.

Maximize the revenue and growth of the hotel by directing revenue-generating activities in accordance with the business plan.

Drive new business for the hotel.

Build effective and collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all sales opportunities are maximized.

Qualifications

Riyadh experience is a must.

Achieve sales goals.

A proven track record in a similar role within a quality environment and demonstrating excellent standards and sales productivity.

Commercially astute, multi-tasker who is motivated by challenge.

Driven and ambitious to increase productivity and sales volume with appropriate techniques.

Clear thinker with excellent communication abilities and attention to detail.

Strong negotiation skills.

Ability to enhance the hotel's community image.
