Job description

Our Group is seeking an experienced Sales Manager in the Coffee Industry to join our dynamic team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia . The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building and managing relationships with key clients, and driving revenue growth for the organization.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to maximize revenue generation.
  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities and develop target accounts.
  • Manage and maintain existing client relationships through effective communication and account management.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitive landscapes.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring the attainment of sales targets.
  • Monitor sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other teams to develop and implement sales initiatives.
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.

5+ years of proven experience in sales management.

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills .
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite .
  • Knowledge of CRM systems is an advantage.
