Position Overview : Lucid is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sr. Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will work closely with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to identify, engage, and hire highly specialized technical professionals who will contribute to the success of our manufacturing processes. Your ability to understand the intricacies of manufacturing roles and identify candidates with the right skill sets will be key to our growth.

You will be responsible for collaborating with the U.S. Talent Acquisition team and global stakeholders to continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies. You will participate in industry events, conferences, and job fairs to expand our network and talent pool. Stay informed about the latest manufacturing technologies and trends to better understand candidate profiles.

You Will

Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for a variety of roles across Manufacturing, Engineering, and related functions.

Work closely with hiring managers to comprehend the technical specifications, team synergies, and business objectives pertinent to manufacturing operations roles.

Prioritize quality over quantity in candidate selection and hiring decisions, approaching hiring under the lens of cost optimization.

Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to identify and engage passive and active candidates with expertise in complex technical roles within manufacturing.

Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques, including networking, online job boards, professional associations, and industry events, to build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.

Conduct thorough interviews and technical assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Provide strategic guidance to hiring managers on market trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Build and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.

Collaborate with the U.S. Talent Acquisition team and global stakeholders to continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies.

Participate in industry events, conferences, and job fairs to expand our network and talent pool.

Stay informed about the latest manufacturing technologies and trends to better understand candidate profiles.

You Bring

Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or Engineering preferred (or equivalent required).

Minimum of 5+ years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably within manufacturing, engineering, industrial, or related industries.

Prior experience analyzing data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement in sourcing strategies and candidate quality.

Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills.

Proven record of accomplishment of successfully recruiting complex technical professionals, including roles such as process engineers, automation specialists, and quality control experts.

In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, technologies, and industry trends.

Strong understanding of technical roles and the ability to assess candidates' technical competencies.

Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.

Proficiency in conducting technical interviews and assessments.

Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Greenhouse preferred or other recruitment software.

Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving recruitment targets and metrics.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
