Fluency in Arabic 1 year of experience in recruiting, with a focus on Sales roles Proven experience in hiring for high-volume roles Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools like LinkedIn Recruiter Proven success in recruiting for startup environments is highly desirable Seniority level
