You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their specific needs, create compelling job descriptions, and effectively market our opportunities to attract the right candidates. Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to identify and attract top technical talent.
• Create and post job descriptions on various platforms to maximize visibility.
• Screens applications and resumes to shortlist candidates for interviews.
• Conduct interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress to management.
• Maintain an up-to-date candidate database and manage relationships with potential hires.
• Participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s appeal as an employer of choice.
