Project Development Manager - SPA 350

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking for a Project Development Manager to join our Golf Development team to oversee the planning, execution, and has experience and understands the governance processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage assigned golf development projects from initiation through completion, ensuring adherence to PIF governance frameworks and organizational standards.
• Develop and prepare high-quality project documentation, including presentations, stage gate submissions, progress reports, and board / steering committee materials.
• Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including consultants, contractors, and cross-functional teams, to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project performance against scope, schedule, budget, and quality benchmarks, escalating issues where necessary.
• Ensure compliance with all corporate policies, governance protocols, and regulatory requirements.
