Job descriptionBachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. A minimum of 6-9 years relevant experience in project management, specifically Golf and / or Sport Experienced Project Management full cycle from development side Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders management Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and resource management. Proficient in project management software and tools.
Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking for a Project Development Manager to join our Golf Development team to oversee the planning, execution, and has experience and understands the governance processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage assigned golf development projects from initiation through completion, ensuring adherence to PIF governance frameworks and organizational standards.
- Develop and prepare high-quality project documentation, including presentations, stage gate submissions, progress reports, and board / steering committee materials.
- Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including consultants, contractors, and cross-functional teams, to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project performance against scope, schedule, budget, and quality benchmarks, escalating issues where necessary.
- Ensure compliance with all corporate policies, governance protocols, and regulatory requirements.
