Job Responsibilities :

Develop and implement business development strategies to drive sales growth in the solar industry. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Lead negotiations and close deals with clients to meet sales targets. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to inform business strategies. Prepare and present sales proposals and reports to senior management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution. Essential Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field. Proven track record in sales and business development, specifically in the solar industry. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Desired Experience :

Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development, with at least 5 years in the solar sector. Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and expanding market presence. Experience in managing key client accounts and nurturing long-term partnerships. Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and government incentives in the solar energy market.
