Fabrics Head Of Sales

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as the Head of Sales for our Fabric Division. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing supplier relationships, ensuring the timely ordering of fabrics, and overseeing the fulfillment of these orders to meet our customers' needs.

Responsibilities

• Developing and executing sales strategies, setting sales target
• Assists in the development of the sales plan
• Ensuring that all sales administration and customer service activities run smoothly
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with fabric suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery of materials.
• Managing the entire fabric ordering process, from initial request to final delivery.
• Acting as the branch manager, overseeing daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Greeting customers warmly and professionally, addressing their inquiries and needs to enhance their shopping experience.
• Providing exceptional customer service by understanding and meeting the diverse needs of our clientele.
• Collaborating with the sales team to develop strategies that drive sales growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
