Design and deliver tailored IT solutions that address real business challenges and drive measurable success. Negotiate with confidence securing the best pricing, delivery schedules, and support from top vendors. Drive performance by forecasting pipelines, ensuring timely invoicing, and aligning cross-functional execution. Grow the customer base and presence in Jeddah through innovative strategies and trusted leadership. Coach and mentor your team, building a culture of continuous improvement, learning, and results. 14+ years in IT sales, with 3+ years in a leadership role. A proven record of hitting targets and growing strategic accounts. A passion for building lasting client relationships and unlocking real value. The ability to motivate and develop talent; you don't just lead, you elevate. Strong communication and negotiation skills, especially with C-level stakeholders. Fluency in Arabic and English. Local knowledge of the Jeddah market is a strong advantage.
