Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
- Identify new market opportunities and drive business growth across the MENA region.
- Manage and supervise the sales team, providing guidance and support to meet individual and team targets.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and distributors in the region.
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to inform sales strategies and product offerings.
- Monitor sales performance using key metrics and adjust strategies as needed to maximize efficiency.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a Master's Degree, preferably.Minimum 8 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the consumer goods industry.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a sales team.Excellent communication and negotiation skills to facilitate effective relationships with clients and partners.Familiarity with market research and sales analysis techniques.Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with various stakeholders.30 to 40 years old.Saudi national.Benefits
