Field Sales Manager - Classifieds

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for :

• Building and managing a team of Sales Consultants / Supervisors while consistently training and developing them.
• Handling a wide range of tasks related to managing the sales team, setting team targets, forecasting revenue, and coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Conducting intensive daily reviews with the team, scheduling meetings with clients, providing feedback after meetings, and ensuring that the sales team is well equipped to do their jobs.
• Tracking sales performance metrics and reporting these results back to senior management.
