Overview

الوظيفة مسؤولة عن قيادة فريق المبيعات والميرشندايزر في منطقتي الغربية والوسطى ، متابعة تنفيذ الخطط البيعية وتحقيق الأهداف الشهرية، وتطوير العلاقات مع السلاسل الكبرى مع التنسيق مع المستودعات واللوجستيات لضمان توفر المنتجات وتنفيذ العروض الترويجية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • قيادة فريق المبيعات والميرشندايزر في منطقتي الغربية والوسطى .
  • متابعة تنفيذ الخطط البيعية اليومية وضمان تحقيق الأهداف الشهرية.
  • بناء وإدارة العلاقات مع السلاسل الكبرى (دانوب، بن داود، السوبرماركت الرئيسية).
  • مراقبة أداء الفريق وتقديم التدريب والدعم المستمر.
  • متابعة وجود المنتجات على الأرفف وضمان تنفيذ العروض الترويجية.
  • إعداد تقارير أسبوعية وشهرية عن المبيعات، التغطية، وحركة السوق.
  • متابعة التحصيل والتأكد من إغلاق الفواتير في وقتها.
  • التنسيق مع المستودع واللوجستيك لضمان توفر المنتجات والتوزيع السلس.
  • دراسة السوق وجمع ملاحظات العملاء والمنافسين لتقديم توصيات للإدارة.

المتطلبات

  • خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال المبيعات الغذائية (FMCG)، منها سنتين على الأقل كإشراف.
  • معرفة قوية بإدارة الحسابات الكبرى (Key Accounts) خصوصًا الدانوب + بن داود .
  • إجادة اللغة العربية + إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية .
  • القدرة على قيادة وتحفيز الفرق الميدانية.
  • مهارات تواصل عالية مع العملاء وإدارة المفاوضات.
  • إجادة استخدام برامج المتابعة والتقارير (Excel – CRM).
  • رخصة قيادة سارية.
