Our client is looking for a dynamic and experienced
HR Manager
to lead our people operations and drive a culture of excellence. This role will oversee recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws — all while aligning HR strategies with business objectives to enhance organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
Design and implement performance management systems.
Provide strategic advice to management on HR policies and best practices.
Organize and deliver employee training and development initiatives.
Handle employee relations and resolve workplace concerns professionally.
Ensure compliance with all labor laws and internal policies.
Analyze HR data and metrics to support continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
5+ years of HR experience, including 2+ years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance.
Proven expertise in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and policy development.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
Proficient in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
HR certifications (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP / SCP) are a plus.
