Responsibilities :

Assist HR Manager in developing HR strategies in managing various HR functions, including employee relations, performance management, and compliance. Collaborate with managers, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering a productive and supportive work environment. Develop and manage HR policies and procedures. Ensure HR policies align with local labor laws and regulations. Maintain updated knowledge of Saudi labor laws, particularly for the construction and EPC sector. Monitor and coordinate all matters related to work permits and visas. Implement comprehensive training and development programs for employees. Manage the job evaluation system and motivate performance. Work to improve the work environment and enhance the company's culture. Supervise payroll and benefits operations to ensure compliance. Minimum Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent from a recognized / reputed University. Diploma in Human Resources Management preferred. 8 - 10 years of experience in HR management, preferably in large industrial or commercial companies, with a minimum of 1-2 years as Assistant Human Resources Manager. In-depth knowledge of Saudi labor laws and compliance regulations. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Experience in policy development and performance management.
