Role Overview The purpose of this role is to develop, implement and maintain evidence-based frameworks, tools and techniques to sustain workforce capability in NEOM. The position plays a very influential role in identifying, developing and implementing strategic workforce management initiatives. The role is required to analyze and develop models and solutions that improve organizational productivity, forecasting of staffing needs, and the alignment of workforce capabilities with business goals and project schedules. The position will also lead to the implementation of contemporary, agile and sustainable workforce planning approaches that empower business units to manage workforce needs.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities
Lead the implementation of initiatives that optimize NEOMs human capital investment including initiatives to maximize productivity and value
Build workforce demand and supply models to drive strategic decision making and planning
Build and maintain a suite of strategic workforce planning and organizational productivity metrics to improve organizational decision making.
Implement improvements to workforce management processes and tools.
Negotiate with stakeholders on complex and / or sensitive workforce and HR issues to progress shared outcomes within operational constraints and ideals
Solve a range of complex workforce planning related issues and problems using professional experience and judgement where precedents may or may not exist
Provide advice on workforce planning approaches, options and solutions to enable clients to build, develop and sustain their workforce.
Create, use and improve data-driven insights to optimize workforce planning, improve operational efficiency, effectiveness and strategic decision-making.
Be an effective leader and change agent to inspire key insights and actions to support NEOM’s key business strategies
Ensure data integrity across workforce systems and databases.
Advise on staffing models, cost analysis, and strategic workforce management.
Drive process improvements and toolset development.
Analyze market and industry trends to inform strategy.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners for implementation.
Conduct research on industry benchmarks and best practices.

Experience & Qualifications Knowledge, Skills and Experience
10+ years plus experience in Workforce Strategy and / or Planning including advanced analytics
Extensive experience of workforce planning methodologies, approaches and systems
Expertise in workforce planning in workforce planning disciplines including development of strategies, operational workforce plans, workforce analytics
Experience in tailoring workforce planning solutions to meet varied needs
Experience in developing workforce planning solutions in multiple industries ()
Experience in leading a workforce planning function / team with regular deadlines and KPI reporting.
Ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written), negotiate and liaise at all levels within the organization.
Experience with and proficient in related tools including Excel (advanced), SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Python or R (for statistical analysis).
Experience with and proficient in related Workforce management software (e.g., Kronos, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors), HRIS platforms.
Methods : Predictive analytics, statistical modeling, scenario planning.
Strong analytical and critical thinking.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Data Science, Statistics, or related field.
Master’s degree in relevant field will be seen as advantageous
Certifications () : SHRM-SCP, PMP, Six Sigma, or data analytics certifications.
