Workforce Staffing Manager - KSA, (For Saudi nationals only)

The WFS Manager is responsible for strategic leadership, operational excellence, and field organization. This is a transformational leader who executes field operations while developing high-performing teams and delivering best-in-class candidate experiences. This position requires being based in Riyadh or Jeddah with the expectation to frequent travel within KSA.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight for all WFS field operation New Hire Events (NHE) across the region
• Build, develop, and retain high-performing teams through coaching, mentoring, and career development
• Drive a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement
• Lead and manage performance reviews, succession planning, and talent development initiatives
• Drive operational excellence at New Hire Events (NHE) including scheduling optimization, labor resource allocation, and KPI achievement
• Flawlessly execute standard operating procedures to ensure consistency across all locations within the region
• Establish effective communication strategies across all levels of your regional organization
• Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
• Drive all strategic initiatives to enhance the candidate experience and drive operational efficiency
• Drive innovation and share best practices across the region and network
