Responsibilities

Lead the planning and scheduling activities of multiple programs, ensuring alignment with project objectives and stakeholders\' expectations.

Develop comprehensive project plans with clear timelines, resource allocation, and dependencies.

Establish and maintain project schedules, tracking progress, and resolving any deviations or delays.

Collaborate closely with project teams to identify critical paths and potential bottlenecks, implementing effective strategies for risk mitigation.

Conduct regular progress meetings with stakeholders, providing updates on the status of projects and identifying any required adjustments.

Evaluate project performance and recommend improvements in planning and scheduling processes.

Provide guidance and mentorship to planning team members, fostering their development and ensuring their adherence to best practices.

Support the development of accurate cost and resource forecasts, facilitating effective budget management.
