We’re looking for a Digital Payments Specialist to join a high-impact transformation initiative within a leading Saudi fintech platform — helping evolve their offering from a rewards-based ecosystem into a fully embedded financial services platform.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of a new digital wallet and card‑based cashback product.
• Oversee cross‑functional execution across Finance, IT, Marketing, and Operations teams.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with SAMA, KYC, and AML frameworks.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans , ensuring alignment with strategic and commercial goals.
• Supervise merchant onboarding , growth marketing initiatives, and customer support readiness.
• Guide teams in building data infrastructure, analytics dashboards, and KPI tracking frameworks.
• Ensure the platform is fully operational, scalable, and audit‑ready for handover.
• Merchant onboarding and monetization performance.
• Post‑launch user acquisition and activation metrics.
• Operational readiness (e.g., reconciliation accuracy, SLA compliance).
• Technical fluency with SDKs, APIs, and data architecture .
