ERP Administrator / Junior ERP Support (3–5 years)

Fad International is a vertically integrated corporate firm that owns, manages, and executes its own innovative trendy brands. Established in 1999 with the launch of femi9, Fad International Ltd. Co. is known for its fashion brands femi9 and Vivid Flair London. The company recently launched thelevele.com, a Fashion & Beauty e-commerce website in the GCC, to provide customers with a simple, convenient, and customer-friendly online shopping experience.

Role Description

Own day-to-day ERP operations and integrations across retail stores / POS, Order Management (OMS), e-commerce, and RFID. Scope includes users & permissions, job schedules, data-sync troubleshooting, UAT preparation, documentation, light project coordination with internal teams and vendors, and operational support for RFID stock-take workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Administer ERP users, roles / permissions, profiles, and scheduled jobs.
  • Monitor data flows (inventory, prices, orders, returns) between ERP and channels; diagnose issues and verify fixes.
  • Prepare and execute UAT scenarios; log defects and change requests (CRs) with clear acceptance criteria.
  • Build / adjust basic operational reports and queries (e.g., SQL / Power Query / OData) with data owners.
  • Maintain SOPs / runbooks and keep the knowledge base current and searchable.
  • Coordinate tasks and timelines with stakeholders using work-management tools; publish a concise weekly status.
  • Support the ERP cloud-transition project through Discovery → UAT → Cutover → Hyper-care.
  • RFID (Retail) : support store / warehouse cycle counts and stock-take using RFID devices; coordinate tag / label encoding and EPC mapping; reconcile RFID counts to ERP; handle exceptions; tune imports / jobs and read-zone / runbook steps for reliable execution.

Nice to have

  • Foundational ERP functional exposure or entry-level certifications
  • Familiarity with RFID middleware / device operations, EPC / tag standards, label encoding / printing, and exception handling
  • Experience feeding datasets to BI tools; awareness of version control and basic scripting (no deep development required).

    • Qualifications

  • 3–5 years in ERP operations / support in a retail or similar environment
  • Solid understanding of retail processes (sales, inventory, finance basics) and channel integrations (POS / OMS / e-commerce).
  • Comfort with APIs (OData / REST) and query / reporting tools (SQL / Power Query).
  • Hands-on exposure to RFID processes (stock-take, cycle counts, tag / label workflows) or strong motivation to learn quickly.
  • Strong project coordination, documentation, and clear English communication (Arabic is a plus).
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Experience in Production Planning
  • Customer service and training skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various departments
  • Relevant experience in ERP systems is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proficiency in ERP software and data analysis tools
