ERP Administrator / Junior ERP Support (3–5 years)

The company recently launched thelevele.com, a Fashion & Beauty e-commerce website in the GCC, to provide customers with a simple, convenient, and customer-friendly online shopping experience.
Role Description
Own day-to-day ERP operations and integrations across retail stores / POS, Order Management (OMS), e-commerce, and RFID. Scope includes users & permissions, job schedules, data-sync troubleshooting, UAT preparation, documentation, light project coordination with internal teams and vendors, and operational support for RFID stock-take workflows.
Responsibilities
- Administer ERP users, roles / permissions, profiles, and scheduled jobs.
- Monitor data flows (inventory, prices, orders, returns) between ERP and channels; diagnose issues and verify fixes.
- Prepare and execute UAT scenarios; log defects and change requests (CRs) with clear acceptance criteria.
- Build / adjust basic operational reports and queries (e.g., SQL / Power Query / OData) with data owners.
- Maintain SOPs / runbooks and keep the knowledge base current and searchable.
- Coordinate tasks and timelines with stakeholders using work-management tools; publish a concise weekly status.
- Support the ERP cloud-transition project through Discovery → UAT → Cutover → Hyper-care.
- RFID (Retail) : support store / warehouse cycle counts and stock-take using RFID devices; coordinate tag / label encoding and EPC mapping; reconcile RFID counts to ERP; handle exceptions; tune imports / jobs and read-zone / runbook steps for reliable execution.
