Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for technical and managerial roles.
- Design and implement talent acquisition strategies for engineering and construction sectors.
- Manage and improve onboarding processes to boost early employee engagement and productivity.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and align hiring with business goals.
- Oversee recruitment campaigns and monitor key performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry regulations.
- Mentor and lead junior recruiters to strengthen team capability and performance.
Qualifications
5-7 years of recruitment experience, with a focus on engineering, construction, or similar technical industries.Proven track record in recruiting for both technical and leadership roles.Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, platforms, and best practices.Leadership experience and the ability to guide a team toward recruitment success.Seniority level
