Job Summary
The Recruitment Officer is responsible for leading the recruitment strategy and processes to attract and retain top talent. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, developing recruitment plans, and managing the full-cycle recruitment process while ensuring a positive candidate experience. Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Strategy Development
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet organizational hiring needs. Analyze market trends and adjust recruitment practices accordingly.
Full-Cycle Recruitment
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, and networking to identify potential candidates.
Collaboration with Hiring Managers
Partner with Business Units (BUs) and hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and provide qualified candidates for the recruitment process. Conduct regular meetings with hiring teams to review candidate pipelines and discuss recruitment strategies.
Data Analysis and Reporting
Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of hiring strategies. Prepare regular reports for management on recruitment activities, candidate pipelines, and time-to-fill metrics.
Qualifications
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience : Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with at least 2 years in a senior role. Details
