Recruitment Lead

We're looking for a Recruitment Lead to oversee the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer while leading and developing a team of TA Screeners. This role combines hands-on hiring , team supervision , and target planning , with a focus on high-volume recruitment , ATS accuracy and building scalable talent pipeline .
