Job Objective

Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical and managerial roles, managing a team of recruiters and partnering with hiring managers to attract top talent. Drive strategic hiring to support company growth and project success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for technical and managerial roles.
  • Design and implement talent acquisition strategies for engineering and construction sectors.
  • Manage and improve onboarding processes to boost early employee engagement and productivity.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and align hiring with business goals.
  • Oversee recruitment campaigns and monitor key performance metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry regulations.
  • Mentor and lead junior recruiters to strengthen team capability and performance.

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of recruitment experience, with a focus on engineering, construction, or similar technical industries.
  • Proven track record in recruiting for both technical and leadership roles.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, platforms, and best practices.
  • Leadership experience and the ability to guide a team toward recruitment success.
