The Flash Sales Executive is the driving force behind our growth engine, a fast-moving, field-based professional responsible for winning new business across all our business lines.
This role requires identifying leads, meeting clients face-to-face, preparing quick quotes, and turning opportunities into contracts. Flash Sales Executives represent the speed, trust, and professionalism that define Initial.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new client opportunities through field visits, referrals, and inbound leads.
- Conduct daily client meetings to present Initial’s service portfolio.
- Prepare, issue, and follow up on quotations in line with approved pricing models.
- Achieve monthly revenue, conversion, and activity targets.
- Cross-sell and upsell across multiple service lines to increase wallet share.
- Record all leads, client interactions, and pipeline progress accurately in Monday.com CRM.
- Coordinate with Business Unit Heads to validate operational readiness before commitment.
- Monitor competitor activity and share market intelligence with the Flash Sales Manager.
- Represent Initial Saudi with professionalism and integrity in all client engagements.

A diploma or Bachelor’s degree is preferred, but not essential, for candidates with proven field sales experience or strong communication skills.Minimum 2 years of experience in the field or B2B sales, ideally within service-based industries.Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets.Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (preferably Monday.com).Valid Saudi driving license (mandatory).What We Offer
