Manage key accounts, generate demand for professional power tools, conduct market research, provide product training, and develop client relationships to drive business growth. Develop and manage strategic relationships with key clients across various industries and regions. Responsibilities
Manage key and enterprise accounts, drive sales growth, and build strong customer relationships with effective communication. Develop and execute sales strategies, optimize sales operations, analyze data, and collaborate cross-functionally to achieve revenue targets. Negotiate contracts, lead negotiations, and ensure customer satisfaction while meeting sales targets. Install point of sale materials, manage inventory, ensure product presentation, and coordinate deliveries in compliance with safety regulations. Provide market intelligence, develop strategic account plans, mentor junior managers, and support business development initiatives. Develop strategic relationships with clients in sectors such as hospitality, construction, healthcare, logistics, and IT, including regional accounts. Leverage bilingual (e.g., Turkish and English) and IT knowledge where applicable to strengthen client interactions and account management. Identify key account opportunities, manage client relationships, and negotiate development plans while analyzing account activity to ensure customer satisfaction. Lead sales teams and drive revenue growth in modern retail and other channels as applicable to the role. Support customer accounts, drive upselling / cross-selling, and participate in strategic projects to enhance merchant and client satisfaction. Maintain relationships with sales accounts, conduct market research, and perform product training and demonstrations for customers. Qualifications
Experience : 3 - 8 years Location : Dammam / Khobar / Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia Industry knowledge : Oilfield equipment, API products, healthcare, insurance, logistics, and / or IT sales experience as relevant to the role Skills : strong communication, negotiation, analytical skills, and ability to work cross-functionally Languages : English and Arabic proficiency; Turkish and English proficiency noted for regional roles Education : relevant degree or certifications in sales, marketing, business, or engineering as applicable Company
