Salesperson - Insulation and XPS (Extruded Polystyrene) -AlGhandoura Industrial Group LTD

الوصف الوظيفيBuild and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Provide technical support and product knowledge to clients, ensuring customer satisfaction. Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of insulation materials, particularly XPS. Conduct product presentations, workshops, and training sessions for clients and industry professionals. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns. Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to inform business strategies. Monitor competitor activities and market conditions to adapt sales strategies accordingly. Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales within the insulation and XPS industry. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong understanding of insulation materials, particularly XPS. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Fluency in English is required. Salary Range : 7000 SAR + Comission
