- Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay updated with industry trends
- Prepare and present sales reports to the management team
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
- Attend industry events and trade shows to promote the company and its products
