Job Description :

Neweast is looking for a driven and experienced Sales Manager Trucks to join our growing team in Jeddah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the sales strategy, driving business growth, and managing a team to achieve sales targets. You will play a crucial role in expanding our market share in the truck segment, fostering relationships with key customers, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets for trucks.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure optimal performance.
  • Identify new business opportunities and target key markets to drive truck sales growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, including fleet owners, businesses, and dealers.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring a smooth sales process from initial contact to delivery.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and after-sales departments to develop strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for senior management, ensuring targets are met.
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to promote the brand and establish connections.
  • Ensure that all sales activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the automotive or truck industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a high-performing sales team.
  • Strong understanding of the truck market, customer needs, and industry trends.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions based on market insights.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Valid driving license and ability to travel as needed.
