We are seeking a compassionate and proactive Camp Welfare Officer to support the well-being, safety, and development of camp residents. The Welfare Officer will serve as the primary point of contact for welfare needs, ensuring that residents have access to appropriate support services, and that the camp environment is safe, inclusive, and supportive.
Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted liaison for residents, addressing concerns, grievances, and welfare needs in a timely manner.
- Monitor the living conditions of residents, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and adequate facilities.
- Provide counseling, emotional support, and guidance to residents, particularly those facing personal or social difficulties.
- Organize and facilitate welfare programs, awareness sessions, and recreational activities to promote well-being and community spirit.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of welfare cases and interventions.
- Report regularly to camp management on welfare issues, trends, and recommendations.
- Support conflict resolution and promote harmonious relationships among camp residents.
Qualifications
