Overview

Take responsibility for managing a module of work (or a small project 1-2 member team). Involve heading client teams and structuring analyses to answer critical client questions. Key goals include acting internally as a role model, developing expert status with middle management level client staff & start taking on business development tasks (proposals and client pitches).

Responsibilities

• Lead small consulting projects from start to finish. Take charge of individual project modules in large engagements.
• Conduct thorough research, interview external experts, analyse data and industry trends, develop actionable recommendations.
• Independently create high-quality consulting deliverables centred around client outcomes. Present these to both regional and global client representatives, occasionally in face-to-face meetings.
• Ensure client satisfaction. Pay attention to detail, develop thought leadership, and become a trusted advisor to clients.
• Regularly communicate with clients to keep them well-informed about project progress.
• Assist more senior consultant colleagues with proposal creation and other business development initiatives.
• Manage key stakeholders by sector / practice area to ensure expectations are met / exceeded, timelines are heeded.
• Develop excellent quality content.
• Work with a global team of experts to create a powerful customer experience.
