Information Technology Head

Responsibilities Overseeing all IT operations infrastructure. Developing, implementing, and evaluating IT projects in line with organizational objectives. Liaising with other departments to determine and address their IT needs and requirements. Purchase efficient and cost effective technological equipment and software Inspect the use of technological equipment and software to ensure functionality and efficiency Managing and supervising employees in the IT department. Ensuring the maintenance of current projects and technology systems. Identifying vulnerabilities, the need for upgrades, and opportunities for improvement. Proposing strategic solutions and recommending new systems and software. Preparing financial budgets and performance reports. Building and maintaining relationships with external advisors and vendors. Ensuring reported issues are resolved in a timely manner. Qualifications BSc / BA in computer science, engineering or relevant field; MSc / MA will be a plus. 10+ Years of experience in the IT field. Proven experience as IT head or a similar role (Preferably in the Retail field). Experience in analysis, implementation and evaluation of IT systems (specifically oracle) and their specifications. Excellent organizational and leadership skills Outstanding communication abilities
