About the Company (Our client) : A Leading Global Business consulting firm.

Job level : Senior Manager / Associate Director / Director based on experience

Important Must have requirement for this role : This is a Internal Audit leadership role in CAPITAL / MEGA Projects Advisory for Real Estate & Government sectors.

Location : Riyadh, KSA

Required Experience (to apply) :

  • 10+ years overall consulting experience , with at least 8 years in Capital Projects advisory .
  • Experience in a Big 4 / Big 6 / Top 10 consulting firm is necessary.
  • Exposure to Real Estate & Government sector clients in the region. Expertise in project management, cost estimation, quantity surveying, budgeting, accounting, contract administration, procurement, QA / QC, and project risk management.
  • Arabic Proficiency is Mandatory for this role.
  • Preferred Nationalities for Diversity focus : Local Saudi / Moroccan / Jordanian / Tunisian, etc.

Role Summary

  • Lead end-to-end advisory and assurance assignments in Capital Projects, providing actionable insights and delivering measurable client value. Support senior leadership in client proposals, presentations, and business development while managing multiple engagements.

    • Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver advisory and assurance projects for regional clients.
  • Advise clients on Capital Projects programs, ensuring value realization.
  • Drive client satisfaction through proactive coordination and communication.
  • Support Managers / Directors in developing proposals and client collateral.
  • Build and leverage professional networks for business development.
  • Prepare presentations for CXOs, Board of Directors, and Audit Committees.
  • Independently manage multiple concurrent engagements.

    • Desired Education / attributes :

  • Bachelor’s in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Construction, Architecture).
  • MBA in Finance, Strategy, Operations, or General Management.
  • Regional Network : Active engagement in regional trade / professional associations.
  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Prior management and direct supervisory experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain professionalism under stress.
  • Curiosity for industry trends and commitment to confidentiality.
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel as required.
