Overview
Take responsibility for managing a module of work (or a small project 1-2 member team). Involve heading client teams and structuring analyses to answer critical client questions. Key goals include acting internally as a role model, developing expert status with middle management level client staff & start taking on business development tasks (proposals and client pitches).
Responsibilities
- Lead small consulting projects from start to finish. Take charge of individual project modules in large engagements.
- Conduct thorough research, interview external experts, analyse data and industry trends, develop actionable recommendations.
- Independently create high-quality consulting deliverables centred around client outcomes. Present these to both regional and global client representatives, occasionally in face-to-face meetings.
- Ensure client satisfaction. Pay attention to detail, develop thought leadership, and become a trusted advisor to clients.
- Regularly communicate with clients to keep them well-informed about project progress.
- Assist more senior consultant colleagues with proposal creation and other business development initiatives.
- Manage key stakeholders by sector / practice area to ensure expectations are met / exceeded, timelines are heeded.
- Develop excellent quality content.
- Work with a global team of experts to create a powerful customer experience.
Qualifications
We’re looking for candidates who :
Proficient in research methodologies. Skilled at acquiring, analysing and managing information.A passion for technology and a strong understanding of ICT market trends in areas such as connected workplace, customer experience, IT applications and services, digital media and telecommunications.The ability to build relationships based on respect and competence with clients and other stakeholders in the Saudi ICT community.Excellent verbal and written presentation and communication skills.Qualifications and Experience
Master’s degree in business, engineering, computer science or similar.Approximately 5 years of relevant research and consulting experience.Fluent Arabic speaker with professional command of written and spoken English.Well-organized and detail-oriented.Take ownership to work independently with remote supervision.Can multi-task and meet tight deadlines.Disciplined and adhere to high-quality standards.Strategic thinker; understands how operational activities are vital in supporting the overall strategy of the business.#J-18808-Ljbffr
