Regional Sales & Partnership Manager - EdTech
Tech Valley MENA is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Regional Sales & Partnership Manager to lead our presence and growth in Saudi Arabia, focusing primarily on the Education Technology (EdTech) sector.
Responsibilities
- Target Achievement : Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets for Tech Valley MENA's portfolio of EdTech solutions.
- Google Ecosystem Alignment : Collaborate actively with the Google Education MENA team to identify joint opportunities, align strategies, and co-sell integrated solutions to target clients, ensuring Tech Valley MENA's offerings are fully complementary to the Google for Education platform.
- Market Penetration : Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities within the Education and Technology sectors.
- Ministry Engagement : Build, maintain, and strengthen strategic relationships with key stakeholders at the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT) .
- Private Sector Focus : Manage and grow key accounts within the private education sector (K-12 schools, higher education institutions, and training centers).
- Tech Valley Representation : Act as the primary, high-level representative for Tech Valley MENA at industry events and official meetings.
- Travel (Compulsory) : Must be willing and able to travel frequently (estimated 40-60%) within Saudi Arabia and the broader MENA region as required to meet business objectives and client needs.
- Reporting : Provide regular, accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and strategic feedback to the senior leadership team.
Qualifications
EdTech Background : Proven professional experience of 3-4 years in a sales, business development, or key account management role within the Education Technology (EdTech) industry.Google Ecosystem Expertise : Mandatory strong working knowledge and direct operational familiarity with the Google for Education ecosystem (including Google Workspace, Chrome OS, and related solutions). Experience with Google Partner programs is highly valued.Bilingual Communication : Native or near-native fluency in written and spoken Arabic is compulsory.English : Professional working proficiency in written and spoken English is compulsory.Local Market Knowledge : Deep understanding of the Saudi Arabian education landscape, procurement cycles, and familiarity with key government entities (MoE, MCIT).Skills : Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills. A self-starter with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.Location : Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
