Responsibilities
- Lead Business Development Strategy achieving Sustainable Growth Through Portfolio Expansion and Mix Management
- Responsible for Leading team of Senior Experts across different growth vectors to achieve long-term strategy
- Lead Operational and Strategic Plan for the EIC and its affiliates
- Lead Sales Excellence Program across different affiliates with unified strategy
- Coordinating with company executives, sales, and marketing professionals
- Reviewing current market trends and proposing new business ideas to improve revenue
- Evaluating company performance and identifying areas for improvement
- Lead Growth Strategy for Renewable Energy, Data Centers and Switchgear Business
