Overview
Senior Regional Business Development Manager – OT / IoT Cybersecurity (Saudi National Only). Base Salary : around 550K SAR + OTE (50 / 50 split). We are hiring on behalf of our client, a fast-growing international leader in OT & IoT cybersecurity, trusted by global industrial groups and critical infrastructure operators in over 70 countries. They are expanding in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and are looking for a Senior Regional Business Development Manager to lead business development in the Eastern Province, with a focus on the energy sector (notably Aramco and related players). Role focus : Lead and grow business development efforts in the Eastern Province with emphasis on enterprise opportunities in the energy sector. Key Responsibilities
Own and grow a strategic territory with high revenue potential Identify and close new business opportunities (new logos & expansion) Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and channel partners Deliver enterprise-level solutions with support from pre-sales, technical, and customer success teams Develop and execute account strategies for long-term success Represent the company at industry events and customer meetings Profile
Demonstrated success in enterprise software or cybersecurity sales, preferably within OT, IoT, or industrial automation sectors Strong existing network within the KSA energy ecosystem (e.g., Aramco, SABIC, utilities), essential to navigate and develop key accounts effectively Proven experience working in Saudi Arabia is mandatory to ensure full understanding of the market dynamics and business culture Role balance : approximately 60% account farming and 40% new business development, demanding both tenacity and strategic foresight Hunter mindset with the agility to scale business rapidly in a dynamic, high-growth environment Proven experience in vendor-side sales, understanding channel dynamics, managing partners, and influencing the sales ecosystem Skilled in channel-led sales approaches and strategic account planning, aligning with long-term objectives Based in Eastern KSA, fluent in English; Arabic language skills are an added advantage Familiarity with MEDDIC or another formal sales methodology supports structured qualification and deal progression Why Join?
