About the Role
The Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in expanding the company's footprint across Saudi Arabia, with a focus on the Oil & Gas sector. This is a field-based, client-facing position that combines technical expertise with strong commercial skills to manage the entire sales lifecycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities within the Oil & Gas sector.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and market growth.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline with EPCs, contractors, and end clients.
- Lead technical and commercial presentations, negotiations, and contract discussions.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with key stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (engineering, operations, marketing) to deliver tailored client solutions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to inform strategy.
- Represent the organization at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
Qualifications & Experience
Saudi Nationals OnlyBachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).5-10 years proven experience in business development / technical sales within the Oil & Gas sector .Successful track record in B2B, project-based sales with EPCs and contractors.Strong network and industry knowledge within the Saudi Oil & Gas market.Fluent in Arabic (mandatory) and English.Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.Based in DammamOpen to frequent travel within Saudi Arabia.
