- Developing strong business relationships with existing and new customers.
- Achieving close support with clients through regular contact and visits to secure business.
- Business development for designated trade lanes.
- Developing new clientele via referrals, networks, and own initiatives.
- Meeting individual KPIs and targets.
- Suggesting improvements to enhance revenue and profitability.
- Submitting regular reports on sales activities, performance, and plans via CRM.
- Preparing forecasts, gathering, and reporting market intelligence.
- Ensuring strict credit control, payment collection, and minimizing outstanding balances.
- Coordinating with departments to resolve customer complaints and uphold service standards.
- Willingness to travel as needed.

Education requirements :
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional qualification.
Background and experience :
At least 5 years in sales within the shipping / container line industry.

- Proven sales track record.
