Technical Responsibilities

Collect, clean, and analyze planning data across Business Units and Delivery Partners

Apply AI-driven analytics to identify risks, forecast trends, and recommend proactive measures

Support the development of predictive models for schedule performance and milestone tracking

Enhance reporting outputs by introducing advanced visualizations and analytics dashboards

Benchmark planning data analytics against international best practices in real estate and infrastructure delivery

Collaborate with the Director of Digital Delivery to leverage digital platforms for integrated planning-data insights

Ensure data quality and consistency across BU submissions

Provide technical input into EOT claim analysis and forecasting

Train BU planning teams in using advanced planning analytics tools

Document lessons learned and recommend continuous improvement in reporting processes

Requirements

Degree : Bachelor's or Master's in Data Science, Engineering, or Project Analytics

Experience : 8-12 years in planning analytics, project controls, or data-driven decision-making in mega / giga projects

Licenses / Certifications : PMP, PMI-SP, or advanced data analytics certifications desirable

Skills : Strong background in AI / data science; proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, Primavera Analytics; ability to integrate predictive analytics into planning
