alfanar Construction is classified as a Grade I contractor by the Contractors Classification Committee of the Government of Saudi Arabia.

alfanar Building Systems manufactures and markets a variety of building construction products and systems.

The core manufacturing activities of the industries operating under alfanar Building Systems are :

Ceramic wall and floor tiles

Façade cladding, glazing systems and architectural aluminum products

Precast concrete products and architectural elements

Office & home furniture and interior décor products

Job Purpose Promoting and selling products to retailers, distributors, and other businesses. Developing and maintaining relationships with outdoor retail clients. Focus on displaying our products in customers’ showrooms by presenting the added value.

Key Accountability Areas

Identify and target potential customers : Set a weekly plan to visit customers based on specific business objectives.

Use TTM (Territory time management) to have productive daily visits.

Increase the number of busying customers by working on coverage.

Understand customers’ needs and provide solutions with our products and services by emphasizing added value.

Understand the main competitors (SWOT).

Compliance with policies and procedures.

Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

Open new doors by adding customers to the platform to generate more revenue.

Address needs and concerns after understanding customers’ demands.

Educate customers on the added value of our products and services.

Target space in retailers’ showrooms to display products effectively.

Control of collection process : Monitor customer credit balances with timely debt collection according to company policy.

Plan sales calls with objectives of collection and payments.

Propose solutions for delays and failures in payments and collection.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for product improvement and expansion.

Negotiate pricing, terms and contracts with customers to ensure mutual benefits.

Create new selling opportunities by expanding the distribution network.

Work on proposing all the company's products to customers.

Utilize portfolio enrichment to stimulate opportunities for maintaining existing customers and adding new clients.

Provide accurate and timely sales updates to Supervisor / Section manager.

Highlight challenges and solutions with team leader.

Request on-ground coaching and make joint calls with team leader.

Provide market data and customers’ experiences to team leader.

Maintaining standard display at retailers’ shops : provide newly developed collections / tiles display where needed.

Enrich the display area based on retailer showroom needs by providing sample tiles.

Equip the retailer’s showroom with design displays to boost sales and strengthen relationships.

Coordinate with design department on display changes and maintain good communication.

Commitment to company policies and procedures : comply with policies, procedures and approved forms.

Follow updates and amendments to company policies in coordination with the administration section.

Submit proposals for the development of procedures and processes.

Health, Safety, and Environment

Ensure compliance of safety, quality, and environmental management procedures within the defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products / services.

Academic Qualification Bachelor Degree
