We are looking for a detail‑oriented and proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the full recruitment lifecycle at Mirai. This role will focus on sourcing, screening, and coordinating recruitment activities to help attract and secure top‑tier talent aligned with our company’s growth and values.

Sourcing & Recruitment Execution
Source qualified candidates through various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, networks, etc.)
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidate fit.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain timely and professional communication with all candidates.
Ensure job postings are up‑to‑date, accurate, and reflect the role requirements.
Support in offer preparation, background checks, and onboarding coordination.
ATS & Process Optimization
Maintain accurate candidate data and status updates within the ATS.
Streamline recruitment workflows by fully utilizing the ATS capabilities to manage communications, pipelines, and interview tracking.
Assist in driving the use of ATS automation features to reduce manual work and improve candidate experience.
Employer Branding & Talent Pipelining
Participate in job fairs, campus events, and virtual hiring campaigns.
Support employer branding efforts by promoting the company culture across social media and recruitment platforms.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for key roles through ongoing networking and candidate engagement.
Reporting & Metrics
Track key metrics (e.g., time‑to‑fill, source of hire, candidate experience feedback).
Provide weekly status reports to the TA Lead and hiring managers.
Compliance & Standards
Ensure all recruitment activities are compliant with local labor regulations and internal policies.
Follow DEI best practices in all sourcing and hiring processes.
Preferred Qualifications
2–4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in tech, gaming, or fast‑paced environments.
Hands‑on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) – familiarity with Greenhouse, Lever, or similar tools is a plus.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Passion for candidate experience and employer branding.
Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
